Consult with an expert advisor at the Iwate International Association
The Iwate International Association has an administrative scrivener (expert on immigration matters) come once a month to give free consultations to foreign residents.
Date and time: The third Wednesday of every month, 3:00pm–6:00pm
Place: International Exchange Center on the 5F of Aiina (right by Morioka Station)
