Iwate Reconstruction Education Program Third Edition

The “Iwate Reconstruction Education” program is an educational program unique to Iwate Prefecture that aims to develop people who will create a better future by applying the lessons learned from the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami to school education.

This program will convey to the world our gratitude to the foreign countries and regions that supported the reconstruction of Iwate Prefecture. It will also promote Iwate’s efforts to develop people who will support the reconstruction and development of local communities by passing on lessons learned into the future.
